Paper Submission

Papers submitted to the workshop can be written either in English or French and should not exceed 5 pages using the IEEE Conference Templete. You can find a copy of the IEEE standard conference template for Microsoft Word or LaTeX formats here The first page should include the paper's title, the abstract, a list of keywords indicating the paper's topic area(s), the authors' full names, affiliations, and e-mail addresses. The full papers should be submitted in PDF format to the officiel workshop address :

Papers will be peer-reviewed and selected based on their originality, technical strength and topical relevance. At least one of the authors of each accepted paper has to register at the indicated rates. Each registration will cover one accepted paper.

Poster Submission

Poster submission requires a short description (1page) highlighting the key aspects of the proposal.
Poster proposals should be submitted to the officiel workshop address :

The final poster version should include a title, an abstract, a list of keywords indicating the paper's topic area(s), the authors' full names, affiliations, and e-mail addresses. A PDF copy of the final poster version should be submitted to the officiel workshop address. Note that the title of the submission, in this case, should be prefixed with "POSTER". At least one of the authors of each accepted poster has to register at the indicated rates. Each registration will cover one accepted poster.

Demo Submission

Demo submission requires a short description (1-2 pages) showing the main aspects of the proposal. Demo proposals should be submitted to the officiel workshop address :

The title of the submission should be prefixed with "DEMO:". A video of the demo, no longer than 2-minutes, can optionally be included in the submission. At least one of the authors of each Demo has to register at the indicated rates.
